Material Planner
<span 72="">The Role Mission As mateiral planner , you play an important role in the supply chain and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for the parts ordering and following up, planning related continuous improvement projects. You are responsible for ensuring parts availability on the production line in order to guarantee machine deliveries according to agreed delivery dates. In this position you will work in close contact with the supplier on the one side and the production planner on the other side. You are responsible for supply chain continuous improvement projects Job description Order the parts according to the correct and agreed supply chain procedures by BPCS in time. Co-operate with forklift driver to send order by scanner once scanner implement in production line. Chasing supplier to confirm the PO in Be2net after place order, confirm deviation in Be2net with supplier Follow up the parts delivery status with suppliers and transfer the information to customer contact. Make the delivery performance analyze report of supplier. Stock improvement plans together with flow team to keep stock in production line in safety and healthy level. Follow up parts phase in/phase out, and DN procedure. Monthly forecast to supplier in BPCS. Take action to get accurate stock in BPCS Work together with sourcing team to reduce manufacturing lead time & short phase out period Take leader for supply chain projects to realize the project targets (such as efficiency, transparency) Task assigned by manager

Pan-Asia Gas Technology (Wuxi) Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as “Pan-Asia”) was founded in Jan. 2016 as a whole owned company in Atlas Copco group. Pan-Asia now belongs to Industrial Air Division in Compressor Technique business area of Atlas Copco.
Pan-Asia is a R&D and manufacture center for OIS compressors, refrigerant dryers, air receivers and small filters, further improving the efficiency of the assembly operation for OIS compressors and air treatment in East China.
