Operation Manager (PT Wuxi Campus)
As Operation Manager you are responsible for the daily management of the plant operation, including production, planning, logistic and infrastructure, develop the activities to keep operation in safety, sustainable and LEAN, achieve all production KPIs and goals.
1. You will fully embrace the "Safety First" vision and culture and continue to improve the performance of the product company.
2. Secure short, reliable and sustainable order lead times with minimum inventory, maximum availability and lowest operating cost to meet customer needs.
3. To safeguard the high quality level performance for all the business processes within operation including production, quality, infrastructure, and people management.
4. To reinforce the present organization to assure success in the company's ambition to achieve profitable growth. to support and participate in the implementation and manufacturing startup of new products and processes in line with the New Product and Process Implementation procedure(NPPI)
5. Improve costs by proper set up of in- and outbound logistics. Support business development by smart stock management in the operation processes.
6. Secure regular benchmarking and alignment with divisions, Atlas Copco & industry best practices and drive CIP in all processes within operation departments. Implemented processes and systems should be state-of-the-art, effective and efficient.
7. To interact closely with customer centers and other departments within PT Wuxi Campus to further improve customer satisfaction through regular level meeting, operation meeting and digitalization tool implementation.
8. Continuously align with division and local digitalization developing map to success implement & improve ERP system. Make sure all operation functions execute that strictly follow the regulation in PT Wuxi Campus.
8. To build a strong team by developing the competences and talents of the employees.
9. Define and execute strategy and actions defined by division through regular Business Review Meeting, Operations Council meeting and other formal instructions from division.
10. Finish assigned temporary work from GM and divisional operation VP.
To succeed, you will need
- Experience requirements
You have a broad managerial experience in a manufacturing environment or equal through experience. The successful candidate is a people manager and has experience leading bigger teams with a proven track record in manufacturing. You are creative in working with dynamic changing environment and always promoting continuous improvements to find better way of working. Very good experience on digitalization & project management. - Knowledge
Solid knowledge of IT business ERP systems, Integrated Management Systems and/or Quality systems is meriting. - Educational requirements
University degree and above, technically and/or commercially oriented. The candidate shall have good communication skills both oral and written and fluency in English is a must. - Personality requirements
