Mission使命:
As a Test Team Leader it will be your mission to run the engineering laboratory activities in your test team. Your team (including test engineers and lab technicians) will support the product development teams with the objective to test generators, lighting tower, Energy storage system (ESS) etc....
作为测试团队主管，您的使命是管理工程实验室测试团队中的活动。您的团队（包括测试工程师和实验室技术人员）是支持产品开发团队进行测试验证发电机、照明塔、储能系统（ESS）等…。
Job description included but not limited
岗位职责包括但不限于：
1. Coach and lead a team of test engineers and lab technicians.
指导和领导测试工程师和实验室技术人员团队
2. Run the engineering lab activities, while approaching the different project teams as “your customers”.
运行工程实验室活动，同时将不同的项目团队视为“您的客户”。
3. Lab. facilitate maintenance, schedule and evaluate available resources, organize a good housekeeping in engineering stock and assembly /test areas (e.g. 6S).
维护实验室设备设施，计划和评估实验室可利用资源，做好工程库存，装配和测试区域的内务管理（如6S）。
4. Continuously look for a better way to improve standard / efficiency of the engineering lab.
不断寻找更好的方法来提高工程实验室的标准和效率。
5. In close cooperation with the project teams, contribute to the design of generators /Light / ESS and look for technical improvements.
与项目团队密切合作，参与发电机/灯具/ ESS的设计并寻求技术改进。
6. Your test team is responsible to organize build-up and test of machines, components and systems by lab technicians. You and your engineers will evaluate and report results to the engineering project teams. As “first user” of new machines, evaluation should include user-friendliness and safety of new designs. A proactive mindset is required in order to do “First time right” testing.

7. Continuous and strong interaction with the other Atlas Copco design centers to ensure that procedures and testing protocols are in line with the Group Standards.

8. Continuous keep Lab. activities within OHS way, and cooperate with SHEQ engineer & manager.

Competence and qualification
岗位任职能力与资格要求：
Experience Requirements经验要求
• Profound knowledge in testing of genset or ESS and willing to learn in technical area.
对柴油发电机或储能测试有深入的了解，并愿意在技术领域学习
• Knowledge of test field and data acquisition analysis ability will be welcomed. For example, voltage/current/temperature/engine rotation speed/pressure and other parameter measurement.
具有测试领域知识和数据采集分析能力者优先。例如电压/电流/温度/发动机转速/压力等参数的测量。
Knowledge / Educational requirements知识/学历要求
• Bachelor degree or above in Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering.
本科及以上学历，电气或机电一体化专业
• Mandarin mother tongue and good knowledge of English both oral and writing.
普通话为母语，良好的英语听说读写能力
• Knowledge of MS Office, Experience with Engineering CAT & LMS testing tools is an asset.
熟悉微软办公软件,具有工程CAT和LMS测试工具经验者优先。
