You are responsible for full project management (Integration / Scope / Time / Cost / Quality / Human Resource / Communication / Risk / Procurement) of customer design business and in accordance with the requirements of all stakeholders, from first receipt of an request for quotation down till the project closure.
您负责客户设计业务的全面项目管理（整合/范围/时间/成本/质量/人力资源/沟通/风险/采购），并按照所有利益相关者的要求，从第一次收到报价请求到项目结束。

Job description included but not limited
岗位职责包括但不限于：
1. Assesses feasibility of the incoming requests, in all aspects (business opportunities, technical, commercial, financial risks…)
1. 评估需求的可行性，从各个方面（商业机会、技术、商业、财务等风险……）
2.Makes basic equipment selection and translate further specific customer needs into viable solutions.
2. 基本设备的选择，并将客户进一步的具体需求转化为可行的解决方案。
3. Estimates costs and determines the transfer price, determines correct and feasible delivery time, through project planning, develop project charter, first as proposal file, then as contract file after order received.
3. 估算成本，确定转移价格，确定可行的交货时间，通过项目计划，制定项目章程，首先作为方案文件，在收到订单后作为合同文件。
4. Participates in meetings with customers, inspection agencies and Customer Centers if required.
4. 如有需要，参加与客户、验收机构和客户中心的会议。
5. Responsiable for the product design include 3D and 2D drawings, Create and release design notifications.
5. 负责产品设计，包括3D和2D图纸，创建和发布设计通知。
6. Solve technical issues in the field and production line, continues improving the product quality meet the satisfaction of end users.
6. 解决客户现场和产线的技术问题，不断提高产品质量，满足最终用户的满意度。
7. Provides or coordinates the processing of the project in iC3.
7. 提供或协调项目在iC3系统中的处理。
8.Other jobs and tasks which assigned by your team leader.

Competence and qualification岗位任职能力与资格要求：

Experience Requirements经验要求

Experience in compressor knowledge is an asset.

具有压缩机相关知识经验者优先。

Knowledge / Educational requirements知识/学历要求

1. Bachelor or master’s degree on mechanical& electrical engineering, graduated in the field of Thermodynamics, compressors, cryogenics.

机械&电气工程专业本科或硕士学位，热力学、压缩机、制冷专业毕业。

2. Basic knowledge in machinery design and willing to learn in technical area.

具备基本的机械设计知识，愿意学习相关技术知识。

3. Mandarin mother tongue and good English skills include oral and writing.

普通话为母语，良好的英语听说读写能力。

4. Knowledge of MS Office. Experience with SAP,  Enovia and Inventor systems is an asset.

4. 熟悉微软办公软件。有SAP， Enovia和Inventor系统使用经验者优先。
