Project Engineer

Your role

Mission使命:

As a project engineer, you are responsible for formulating a detailed and feasible project plan, clarifying the project's goals, tasks, time nodes and resource requirements. At the same time, you should efficiently organize and coordinate resources from all parties according to the plan to ensure the smooth progress of the project and complete the project goals on time and in accordance with quality requirements.

作为项目工程师，您负责制定详细且可行的项目计划，明确项目的目标、任务、时间节点和资源需求，同时按照计划高效组织和协调各方资源，确保项目顺利推进，按时、按质量要求完成项目目标。

Job description included but not limited

岗位职责包括但不限于：

1. Commissioned by the project sponsor, preparing the business case and master spec. Draft a project plan incl. project scope, budget and timing so that the project can deliver the project deliverables within the agreed time and budget in the MS.

协助项目发起人准备商业论证和项目说明书，起草包括项目范围、预算、时间在内的项目计划，确保项目能够在项目说明书约定的时间和预算内交付项目可交付成果。

2. Hold a kickoff meeting at the beginning of project, analysis the knowledge gap and risks ，work out the action plan to reduce those knowledge gaps & risks, follow CtP2.0 process to manage it and take decisions.

在项目开始时召开启动会议，分析知识差距和风险，制定减少知识差距和风险的行动计划，按照CtP2.0流程进行管理和决策。

3. Review the technical solutions provided by the design team and, through cooperation with different departments of Atlas Copco such as production, procurement and after-sales, ensure that the product design meets the requirements of MS in terms of assembly, manufacturing, service and outstanding performance.

审核设计团队提供的技术解决方案，并通过与阿特拉斯·科普柯生产、采购、售后等不同部门的合作，确保产品设计在装配、制造、服务和卓越性能方面满足MS的要求。

4. Leading at regular intervals together with the project team to discuss the status of the project and to take necessary decisions and to take steps to project objectives.

领导项目团队定期讨论项目的状态，并采取必要的决策和步骤来实现项目目标。

5. Host Project Team meeting (PTM) to coordinate all project related matters. Reporting on agreed milestones and gate approval to the steering committee (Project Committee Meeting, etc.) and ensure that any custom schedules and budget changes in MS.

主持项目团队会议(PTM)，协调所有项目相关事宜。并向项目指导委员会(Project Committee Meeting等) 汇报商定的里程碑和阶段批准，并确保任何定制时间表和预算的变化。

6. Summary the lesson learns from all aspects (Technical, Quality control, Project KPI management etc....) at the end phase of project, report to PCM and share within the PTM team, project team.

在项目结束阶段总结各方面的经验教训（技术，质量控制，项目KPI管理等....），向PCM报告，并在PTM团队，项目团队中分享。

Experience Requirements经验要求

• At least 2 years’ working experience in engineering and New Product Development process, or experience equivalent.

至少2年工程和新产品开发工作经验, 或者等同经验。

Knowledge / Educational requirements知识/学历要求

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical engineering, Electromechanical engineering, Electrical engineering or other equivalent engineering.

机械工程、机电工程、电气工程或其他相关工程类专业本科或硕士学历。

• Mandarin mother tongue and good knowledge of English both oral and writing.

普通话为母语，具备良好的英语口语和写作能力。

• Knowledge of MS Office. Experience with CAD tools and ERP systems is an asset.

熟悉办公软件。 有使用CAD工具和ERP系统经验者优先。
