Quality Team Leader(Outgoing Inspection)

Your role

Mission使命:
As an Team Leader for Outgoing Inspection ，you are responsible for the management of final product quality. You will involve the supervision, analysis and improvement of products and processes to ensure that the company's product quality meets the expected standards.
作为一名成品质量控制主管，你负责对最终产品质量的管理，你将涉及到对产品和流程的监督、分析和改进，以确保公司的产品质量达到预期标准。

岗位职责包括但不限于：
1.    Develop the outgoing inspection standards and specifications for the final product (including pre-inspection, final inspection, packaging, functional testing, etc. throughout the entire process)
制定最终产品的发货标准规范（含预检、终检、包装、功能测试等全流程规范）
2.    Develop the outgoing inspection checklist, regularly update it according to new requirements and new products, and maintain the outgoing inspection management system (OIMS)
制定出货检验检查表，根据新要求和新产品，定期维护更新，并维护出货检验系统（OIMS）
3.    Be responsible for the outgoing inspection and standard formulation of inventory machines and second-hand machines
负责库存机，二手机的出厂检验及标准制定
4.    Be responsible for the pre-inspection before special customer audits, participate in customer FAT audits, third-party (such as classification societies, drug regulatory authorities, etc.) product audits and product certifications, prepare quality-related documents to complete the compliant delivery of final products
负责特殊客户审核前的预审，参与客户FAT审核，第三方（如船级社，药监局等）的产品审核和产品认证，准备质量相关文件完成最终产品的合规交付
5.    Participate in the prototype unit inspection, pilot batch inspection, and formulate the outgoing inspection checklist and requirements for new projects
参与新项目的样机检验，小批量检验，制定新机型的出货检验项目和要求
6.    Be responsible for managing and maintaining the quality deviation approval system (QBD)
负责管理维护质量让步审批系统（QBD）
7.    Summarize monthly, quarterly and annually KPIs of product quality, conduct quality data statistics, analyze quality issues and take necessary quality improvement measures 
汇总月度季度年度产品质量关键绩效指标，质量数据统计，分析质量问题并采取必要的质量改善措施

8.    Be responsible for tracking the rectification of quality issues in finished machines and verifying the effectiveness of measures

负责跟踪成品机的质量问题整改和措施有效性验证
9.    Be responsible for job allocating, training and conducting performance evaluations for outgoing inspectors
负责出货检验员工作分配，培训，绩效考核
10.  Organize or participate in quality-related continuous improvement projects
组织或参与质量相关的持续改善项目

Competence and qualification
岗位任职能力与资格要求：

Experience Requirements经验要求
•    At least 5 years relevant working experience, including 3 years managerial roles and experience in all aspects of quality control in manufacturing enterprises.
5年以上相关工作经验，其中3年以上制造企业质量管理工作经验
•    Familiar with compressor and dryer machine products
熟悉压缩机，吸干机产品
•    Familiar with quality management system, quality tools and methods, such as failure mode analysis, 8D analysis method, statistical process control method, etc.
熟悉质量管理体系，质量工具和方法，如失效模式分析，8D分析法，统计过程控制方法等

Knowledge / Educational requirements知识/学历要求
•    Bachelor's degree or above in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or related engineering fields.
机械工程、电气工程或相关工程类专业本科以上学历
•    Good command of English both oral and writing.
•    良好的英语口语和写作能力
•    Knowledge of MS Office.
熟悉办公软件。
