Job description included but not limited
岗位职责包括但不限于：
1.    Support the establishment and continuous improvement of the SHE management system for CT Campus, including ISO 14001, ISO 45001, Safety Production Standardization and Dual Prevention Mechanism management.
为 CT 园区建立有效的安全、健康与环境（SHE）管理体系提供支持。(包括ISO45001，ISO14001，安全生产标准化和双控管理等)。
2.    Conduct compliance gap analysis based on applicable SHE regulations, monitor legal and regulatory updates, initiate necessary actions, and ensure CT Campus public area complies with all applicable SHE requirements.
根据确定的SHE法规清单进行公共区域的差距分析, 跟踪SHE法律法规的变化，并发起必要的变更，确保公共区域符合适用的SHE法规和要求。
3.    Support SHE assessment activities related to new/construction projects, including the "Three Simultaneities" process and compliance evaluations.
协助建设项目“三同时”及现状评价中涉及的SHE评价对接和跟进工作。
4.    Conduct annual environmental monitoring for CT Wuxi Campus, regularly arranging inspection of environmental protection equipment in public areas to ensure normal operation. 
负责CT无锡园区年度环境监测，定期进行公共区域环保设备的检查，确保其正常运行。
5.    Establish connections with safety, environmental protection, and fire safety regulatory authorities at all levels, and fulfill the routine requirements for inspections, declarations, on - site checks, and rectifications.
对接各级安全环保消防监管部门，完成日常要求的排查、申报、现场检查及整改。
6.    Support management of hazardous and non-hazardous waste for the CT Wuxi Campus, including waste data collection, waste storage management, and disposal process compliance.
支持CT无锡园区危废和一般固废管理，包括废弃物统计、分类收集、暂存管理及合规处置管理。
7.    Performs environmental, health and safety emergency plan and facilitates emergency responsible duties by organizing environmental emergency drills for whole CT Wuxi campus plant and support plant to conduct divisional emergency drills inside each workshop.
执行环境、健康、安全应急预案，组织CT无锡园区环境应急演练，支持工厂在各车间进行分区应急演练，做好应急责任职责。
8.    Deliver new orientation SHE training and organize topic specific SHE training programs.
实施新员工SHE入职培训，并组织开展其他专项SHE培训。
9.    Lead and assist in the incident investigation and follow up actions for effective implementation of corrective and preventative actions in public areas.
领导或协助CT无锡园区公共区域事故调查，并跟踪纠正和预防措施的有效实施。

10.    Organize the promotion of SHE programs in public areas, including but not limited to the promotion of matters such as risk assessment, Loto, confined - space operations, chemical safety, and walking safety.
组织公共区域的SHE项目推进，包括但不限于风险评估、Loto作业、密闭空间作业、化学品安全、行走安全等项目。
11.    Be responsible for the contractors’ safety in public areas and the establishment and optimization of the dangerous work process to ensure the construction safety.
负责公共区域承包商安全管理及危险作业流程的建立和优化，确保施工作业安全。
12.    Conduct regular inspections for various SHE (Safety, Health, and Environment) risks and supervise and track the implementation of hazard rectification measures.
定期进行各类SHE隐患排查，并督促和追踪隐患整改的落实情况。
13.    Responsible for annual declaration of occupational health hazards and carrying out annual monitoring of occupational hazards and annual physical check for occupational diseases and establishing and maintaining occupational health files.
负责职业健康危害年度申报，开展职业危害年度监测和职业病年度体检，建立和维护职业健康档案。
14.    Responsible for clinic management and management medicine for CT Wuxi Campus.
负责健康咨询室日常管理工作，并负责药品管理。
15.    Implement various SHE activities, including the annual Safety Day event.
组织实施各类SHE活动，包括年度安全日活动。
16.    Collaborate with Facilities and Operations teams to collect energy consumption data, prepare sustainability reports, and identify opportunities for carbon emission reduction.
与设备团队和运营部门一起收集能源统计数据，准备定期的可持续发展报告；不断寻求减少二氧化碳排放的机会。
17.    Other tasks assigned by line manager.
经理安排的其他工作。

To succeed, you will need

Competence and qualification
岗位任职能力与资格要求：
Experience Requirements经验要求 
•    Familiar with SHE laws and regulations, familiar with SHE systems, such as ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO50001 and safety production standardization.
熟悉环保法律法规，熟悉ISO14001、ISO45001、ISO50001等环保体系及安全生产标准化。
Knowledge / Educational requirements知识/学历要求
•    Bachelor’s degree or above (Environment, Safety, Chemical or related field preferred) 本科以上学历（环境、安全、化工等相关专业优先）
•    Fluent English skill both in written and oral.
流利的英语口语和书面表达能力。
•    Certified safety engineer is preferred.
持有注册安全工程师资格证书优先
