为实现阿特拉斯·科普柯（无锡）QSHE组织的使命，建立安全与健康、环境、能源和质量的系统管理，并确保有效性，我们诚聘SHE主管一名。
As a SHE Supervisor, it will be your mission to create a safe and healthy work environment for all employees, create a Safety-First culture within the company, environmental protection and energy saving management to support company sustainable productivity.
作为一名SHE主管，你的使命是为所有员工创造一个安全健康的工作环境，在公司内部建立"安全第一"的文化，保护环境和节能管理，以支持公司的可持续生产力。
Your responsibilities will include:
你的岗位职责包括但不限于：
• Responsible for whole Assembly divisions SHE operation, chemical, electricity safety, contractors management, special work, digitalization SHE, ERT team, emergency drills , management of Change, And so on.
负责装配车间SHE运营。化学品、电气测试安全、承包商等相关方管理、特种作业、ERT 应急小组、数字化SHE、应急演练、变更管理等。
• Support the implementation, improvement, maintenance of Safety & health, Environment and Energy management system (Hereby called SHE) in line with internal and external requirements, e.g. ISO45001, ISO14001, ISO50001, AON, and ensure effectiveness according to Business Area, Divisions, company policy and local laws & regulations.
支持 实施、改进、维护安全与健康、环境及能源管理体系（以下简称“SHE”体系），使其符合内部和外部的要求，例如 ISO45001、ISO14001、ISO50001、AON 等，并确保其有效性符合业务领域、部门、公司政策以及当地法律法规的要求。
• Legal compliance: Identify and collect latest SHE&En related laws and regulations that affect our business. Implement initiatives to meet local government/company requirements on SHE issues.
法律合规：识别并收集影响我们业务的最新安全环保能源相关法律法规。实施计划以满足当地政府/公司对SHE问题的要求。
• Develop and implement SHE training program, to improve all staff SHE awareness and skill, promote safe awareness and behavior.
制定和实施SHE培训计划，以提高全体员工的安全环境能源意识和技能，促进安全意识和行为；
• Follow up risk assessments/ Environment factors control/ Energy projects.
跟踪危险源识别、环境因素、能源项目等的评估及控制；
• Ensure reporting of incidents/accident in TIA timely. Verify all corrective actions for A&I are well implemented. Collect A&I lesson learned from AC A&I database to share it with all employees
确保及时向TIA报告事故。确认所有纠正措施都得到了很好的执行。从AC数据库中收集 事故经验教训并与所有员工分享。
• Keep good contact with local government about SHE matters. Lead SHE assessment / government approval for new projects, Administer SHE regulatory compliance for new business.
就SHE事宜与当地政府保持良好的联系。领导新项目的SHE评估/政府审批，管理新业务的SHE法规遵从性。
• Define priority and focus for SHE related tasks aligned with management team.
确定与管理团队一致的SHE相关任务的优先级和重点。
• Frequently safety audit on sites and risk assessment, define corrective action plan and lead for execution.
定期对现场进行安全检查和风险评估，制定纠正措施计划并负责执行。
• Review current process/Procedure, push improvement to achieve SHE targets.
审查当前流程/程序，推动改进以达成安全、健康与环境方面的目标。
• Report for SHE management, sustain and government database, organize SHE council meeting.
就安全与环境管理、可持续发展及政府系统等内容进行报告，定期组织安全会议。
• Responsible for creating and maintaining SHE visual management and newsletter.
负责创建和维护SHE可视化和标识管理。
• Related department to formulate the En performance indicators and energy saving action plans for Assembly workshops, follow up on their implementation.
组织各部门制定本车间能源绩效指标和能源改进方案，并跟进落实
岗位任职能力与资格要求(Competence and qualification)：
Experience Requirements 经验要求:
1. 5 years more work in EHS management role. At least 3 years working experience in multinational company.
五年以上EHS管理相关经验。至少三年外企工作经验。
2. Familiar with utility equipment (Electricity power station, compressor, cooling system, fire-fighting system etc.) and special equipment (Crane, forklift, welding process, etc.)
熟悉公用设备（电站、压缩机、冷却系统、消防系统等）和特种设备（起重机、叉车、焊接工艺等）
3. Have experience of setting up or maintenance ISO45001, ISO14001,etc.
有建立或维护ISO45001、ISO14001等体系的经验。
4. ISO50001 energy management experience is a plus.
有ISO50001能源管理经验者优先。
Knowledge / Educational requirements 知识/学历要求:
1.University degree or above, major in electrical, mechanical, safety Management, environment and related areas.
本科及以上学历，电气、机械、安全管理、环境等相关专业。
2.ISO14001/ISO45001/ISO50001 internal auditor certificate.
持有ISO14001/ISO45001/ISO50001内审员证书
3.Willing to learn in SHE technical and regulations.
愿意学习有关SHE的技术和法规。
4. National registered safety engineer or Environment appraisal engineer is a plus.
国家注册安全工程师或环境评估工程师优先考虑。

Atlas Copco Wuxi Compressor is a production center within Atlas Copco Compressor Technique and Construction Technique business areas. It develops and manufactures portable diesel and electric driven compressors and generators, lighting towers and small to medium sized industrial air and oil-free compressors for global market. The production center has two sustainable lean production sites and a state-of-the-art R&D center in Wuxi, China.
