Sourcing Engineer

Your role

• Mission：
  • Build and develop suppliers to support sales and provide products which PC can’t produce.
  • To ensure supplier’s products’ quality and delivery time fit the requirements of customer.
• Responsibilities：

-    Continuously develop and optimize outsourcing resources to meet business development needs;
-    Supplier regular management annual evaluation；
-    Inquiry and negotiation for outsourcing requirements;
-    Working with order process to promote lead time improvement for outsourcing products; 
-    Systematic receipt and payment follow up of outsourcing orders;
-    Conduct regular price analysis and continuously optimize the outsourcing product’s cost;
-    Supervise and track the quality performance of outsourced products, continuously promote the quality improvement;
-    Warehouse management, 5S and material storage management in the warehouse according to ISO program guidance;
-    To complete other tasks assigned by manager;
-    Follow the SHEQ Policy of company and supplier/customer site.

To succeed, you will need

- University Degree or Diploma in Engineering with related experience;
- Good command of the English language, both written and spoken;
- Good communication;
- Good planning and execution capability;
- Good team-work capability;
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.

Job location

On-Site
This role requires you to work on-site at our office in Wuxi, China (CN). You will be part of a dynamic team and enjoy the benefits of face-to-face collaboration.
