Sourcing engineer - Battery & energy systems

Your role

Mission使命:

Your mission is to build up competitive & sustainable supply chain for assigned commodities according to defined sourcing strategy to support local PC sourcing and new products development. Implement purchasing tools to ensure assigned suppliers performance compliance with company requirements.

你的任务是根据定义的采购策略为负责的物料品类建立具有竞争力和可持续发展的供应商, 支持无锡本地工厂的采购相关活动和新产品开发。使用相应的采购管理工具确保负责供应商的绩效符合公司要求。

Job description included but not limited

岗位职责包括但不限于：

1. Responsible for assigned commodity management, establishing the commodity strategy and acting it, such as battery, battery management system, and other related commodities.

负责开发管理指定的物料，制定采购策略并予以实施，例如电池、电池管理系统以及其他相关商品。

2. Build up commercial and technical knowledge of responsible battery markets and raw material pricing.

建立积累有关电池市场及原材料价格的商业和技术知识。

3. Manage vendor relationships and build sustainable & effective partnerships.

管理供应商关系并建立可持续和有效的长期合作。

4. Actively participate in the development of new products and represent the purchasing department to be responsible for the sourcing-related work and tasks.

积极参与新产品开发，代表采购部负责采购相关的工作和任务。

5. Focus on supplier performance control and continued improvement, such as continuous cost reduction, on time delivery, shortened lead time, quality excellence etc.

关注供应商绩效并作持续改进，如持续降低成本、准时交货、缩短交货期、卓越质量等。

6. Ensure purchasing cost of assigned commodity complied with project master specification, sourcing divisional goals and other company targets.

确保指定物料的成本控制符合项目要求、采购目标和公司其它要求。

7.Evaluate, preserve, develop existing suppliers to avoid any risks from supply chain, by introducing competitive new suppliers to improve current supply base competence.

评估现有供应商，对其进行维护和开发，以规避供应链带来的风险；同时引入有竞争力的新供应商，以提升现有供应体系的竞争力。

8. Collaborate closely with engineering and quality team to maintain safe and cost competitive, efficient supply chain through dual sourcing, localization activities.

与工程和质量团队密切合作，通过双供应商采购和本地化活动来维持安全、成本具有竞争力且高效的供应链。

9. Ability to travel to Europe and abroad可以前往欧洲及国外出差

10. Have to report periodically to the divisional VP sourcing on status of the projects and critical sourcing topics, and the person will have to travel in China with VP Sourcing when visiting in China

需要定期向采购副总裁汇报项目的进展情况以及关键的采购事项，并且在采购副总裁访问中国时，需要陪同他一同在中国出差。

10.Follow Atlas Copco Way in daily work to implement sourcing mission, vision, and strategy.

在日常工作中遵循阿特拉斯·科普柯之道，贯彻采购相关策略和任务。

To succeed, you will need

Experience Requirements经验要求 

1.    3-5 years of experience in the battery sector
3-5年电池及新能源储能行业相关领域采购经验。
2.    Technical knowledge and project management experience in the new energy industrial field.
在新能源领域具备技术知识和项目管理经验。
3.    5+ years’ experience in sourcing or technical related areas; have deep understanding of raw materials and commodities supply market.
5年以上采购或技术相关工作经验；对原材料和大宗商品供应市场有深刻理解。

Knowledge / Educational requirements知识/学历要求
1.    Legal knowledge in contract negotiation
具备合同谈判的法律知识
2.    Professional knowledge on supplier evaluation &development
具备供应商评估和开发的专业知识
3.    Good language skills in English, able to contact with oversea suppliers
良好的英语语言能力，能够与海外供应商联系
4.    Knowledge of data analysis and cost development
具备数据分析和成本开发的知识
5.    Good skills in MS software and ERP system
熟练使用MS软件和ERP系统
6.    Good communication and cooperation and negotiation skills
良好的沟通、合作和谈判技巧
7.    Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in electrical or electrochemistry related.
本科或以上学历，电子电气或电化学相关专业。
