Your role

Mission使命:
Your mission is to build up competitive & sustainable suppliers for assigned commodities and play an active role as project sourcing in development of the future generation of Atlas Copco products according to defined sourcing strategy. Implement purchasing tools to ensure assigned suppliers performance compliance with company requirements.
你的任务是根据定义的采购策略为负责的物料品类建立具有竞争力和可持续发展的供应商。使用相应的采购管理工具确保负责供应商的绩效表现符合公司要求。

Job description included but not limited
岗位职责包括但不限于：
1.    Responsible for assigned commodity management, establish the commodity strategy and act it.
负责管理指定的物料，制定物料策略并付诸行动。
2.    Build up commercial and technical knowledge of responsible commodity markets and raw material pricing.
建立负责的物料市场供应竞争态势，技术变化趋势，和市场原材料的价格变动和趋势。
3. Manage vendor relationship and build sustainable & effective partnerships.
管理供应商关系并建立可持续和有效的长期合作。
4. Undertake responsibility on assigned new projects through sourcing activities.
积极参与新产品开发，代表采购部负责采购相关的工作和任务。
5. Focus on supplier performance control and continue improvement, such as continuous cost reduction, on time delivery, shorten lead time, quality excellence etc.
关注供应商绩效并作持续改进，如持续降低成本、准时交货、缩短交货期、卓越质量等。
6. Ensure purchasing cost of assigned commodity complied with project master specification, sourcing divisional goals and other company targets.
确保指定物料的成本控制符合项目要求、采购目标和公司其它要求。
7. Evaluate, preserve, develop existing supplier by means of AC management tools, introduce competitive new suppliers to improve supply base competence.
通过AC管理工具对现有供应商进行评估、维护和发展，引进有竞争力的新供应商以提高竞争力.
8. Collaborate closely with quality & planning team on supplier performance optimization.
与质量和计划团队紧密合作，优化供应商。
9.Follow Atlas Copco Way in daily work to implement sourcing mission, vision and strategy.
在日常工作中遵循阿特拉斯·科普柯之道，贯彻采购相关策略和任务。
10. Other jobs assigned by management.
完成经理安排的其他工作。

To succeed, you will need

Experience Requirements经验要求 
1.    minimum 5 +year experience in sourcing or purchasing area, focus on electronical components and mechanical parts as well, have deep understanding on raw materials and commodities supply market.
5年以上采购或供应链相关工作经验，熟悉机械和电子物料；对原材料和大宗商品供应市场有深刻理解。
2.    Good knowledge in engineering drawing, with 5 years’ experience within manufacturing environment, proven work record.
良好的工程制图知识，5年制造行业工作经验，有良好的工作记录。

Knowledge / Educational requirements知识/学历要求
1.    Legal knowledge in contract negotiation
具备合同谈判的法律知识
2.    Professional knowledge on supplier evaluation &development
具备供应商评估和开发的专业知识
3.    Language skills in English, able to contact with oversea suppliers
良好的英语语言能力，能够与海外供应商联系
4.    Cross functional knowledge in sourcing, process management, quality assurance and project management
具备采购、流程管理、质量保证和项目管理的跨职能知识
5.    Knowledge of data analyze and cost development
具备数据分析和成本开发的知识
6.    Strong understanding of sourcing role in manufacturing companies
对制造型企业的采购工作有较强的理解
7.    Good skills on MS software and ERP system
熟练使用MS软件和ERP系统
8.    Good communication and cooperation and negotiation skills
良好的沟通、合作和谈判技巧
9.    Bachelor’s degree or above, major on electrical or mechanical related.
本科或以上学历，电气或机械相关专业。
