Your role

- Track and analyze industry talent market dynamics, especially in the machinery manufacturing field, provide talent market insights and strategic suggestions for the company's talent strategy formulation.
- Establish and maintain good relationships with departments, deeply understand their talent needs and core job qualification standards, and provide customized talent acquisition solutions.
- Demonstrate proactive exploration awareness, build and optimize diversified talent acquisition channels. Beyond conventional recruitment websites and executive search firms, actively explore other professional talent sources in the machinery manufacturing industry.
- Master a mature methodology for candidate potential assessment, with the ability to accurately judge the talent-job fit.
- Lead employer branding initiatives, such as campus recruitment events, industry networking sessions and social media campaigns, to enhance the organization’s employer reputation.
- Understand the application scenarios of AI technology in the full recruitment lifecycle, introduce and leverage AI tools to optimize recruitment processes, improve recruitment efficiency and candidate experience.
- Be responsible for the analysis and management of recruitment data, regularly generate recruitment reports, and provide data support for talent-related decision-making.
- Lead the TA team to complete recruitment targets, optimize team workflow, and conduct training and guidance for team members to improve the overall professional ability of the team.

To succeed, you will need
Experience Requirements
- 8+ years of talent acquisition experience in foreign-funded enterprises, with at least 2 years of team management experience; relevant work experience in the machinery manufacturing industry is a must.
- In-depth understanding of the job competency framework, able to clearly define core job qualification standards.
Knowledge / Educational requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above, major in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related fields is preferred.
- Proficient in operating various assessment tools, with particular expertise in the administration and result interpretation of SHL assessments.
- Familiar with the Mercer IPE (International Position Evaluation) methodology.
- Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, able to work in a bilingual environment and conduct business communication in English.
