Team Leader Cooler Unit
Your role
1. You will fully embrace the "Safety First" vision and culture and continue to improve the performance of the product company.
2. To safeguard the high quality level for all the business processes, including production, quality, infrastructure, and people management.
3. To drive continuous improvement actions in the operational processes in order to increase overall efficiency.
4. Continuously project support to approval hub and optimize process of certification
5. To Integrate the over all planning on both shell, bundle and unit, react with consolidated thinking on behave of Atlas Copco`s benefit.
6. To develop cooler line to a state-of-the-art and cost efficient production line, in order to guarantee the timely delivery of high quality products at lowest cost.
7. To guarantee production equipment of cooler line well maintained.
8. To build a strong team by developing the competences and talents of the employees.
To succeed, you will need
You have shown good leadership in production line or project execute area.
Experience on CNC, welding and ASSY are preferred. Knowledge of pressure vessel certificate is a plus.
Solid knowledge of IT business systems (BPCS and others), Integrated Management Systems and/or Quality systems is meriting.
University degree and above, technically oriented.
The candidate shall have good communication skills both oral and written and fluency in English is a must.
