Training & Development Manager

Your role
Job description included but not limited
1. Learning Strategy & Business Alignment
Develop and implement the annual learning and development strategy aligned with business priorities and organizational goals
Partner with business leaders to understand operational challenges, capability requirements, and future skill needs
Translate business strategies into practical learning plans, development programs, and capability-building initiatives
2. Competency Framework & Capability Development & Change Support
Design, maintain, and optimize competency models for key functions, roles, and leadership levels
Translate competency frameworks into clear development pathways and assessment criteria
Design and deliver leadership development programs for different management levels
Support key talent development through targeted development planning
Drive upskilling and reskilling programs in response to evolving business needs, digitalization, automation, and new ways of working
Contribute to building a learning culture that encourages continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and employee growth
3. Learning Evaluation
Define learning KPIs and evaluate program outcomes through data, feedback, and business impact
Monitor training effectiveness, capability improvement, and ROI of learning initiatives
To succeed, you will need
Experience Requirements
A minimum of 5 years of working experience in Manufacturing, in a similar role
Knowledge / Educational requirements
Bachelor degree or equivalent experience, major in Human Resource, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business Administration, Education, or related fields;
Excellent command in English and Chinese, both written and spoken is a must
