Your role

As a warehouse team leader, you are responsible to ensure the efficiency, accuracy, and safety of warehouse operations by optimizing inventory management, warehouse layout, and logistics processes. Support the company's assembly production activities, reduce operational costs, and enhance customer satisfaction, providing a solid logistics support for the company's continuous development.

Inventory Management库存管理

1. Develop and implement inventory management strategies to support planning team to ensure inventory levels match production demands, reducing overstock and slowing。负责制定和执行库存管理策略，支持计划团队确保库存水平与生产需求相匹配，减少库存积压和缺货情况。

2. Monitor inventory turnover rates and conduct regular inventory counts to ensure data accuracy and completeness. 监控库存周转率，定期进行库存盘点，确保库存数据的准确性和完整性。

2. Manage inventory receipt, storage, and transfer operations to ensure compliance with company standards and procedures 管理库存的收发、存储和转移，确保所有操作符合公司标准和流程。
3. Continuously develop and optimize the warehouse management process to support the operations excellence target 持续优化仓库管理流程以支持卓越运营的目标
4. Support team to roll out WMS system and fully implementation 支持团队全面运用仓储管理系统

Warehouse Layout and Optimization 仓储布局与优化

1. Plan and optimize warehouse layout to improve space utilization and logistics efficiency规划和优化仓库布局，提高空间利用率和物流效率。
2. Manage warehouse equipment and facilities to ensure their proper operation and maintenance 管理仓储设备和设施，确保其正常运行和维护。
3. Evaluate and improve warehouse processes to reduce operational costs and increase work efficiency评估和改进仓储流程，降低操作成本和提高工作效率。

Team Management团队管理

1. Lead and manage the warehouse team, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and motivation领导和管理仓库团队，包括招聘、培训、绩效评估和激励。
2. Ensure team members comply with safety regulations and operational standards确保团队成员遵守安全规程和操作标准。
3. Ensure team members comply with safety regulations and operational standards促进团队合作和沟通，提高团队整体绩效。

 Logistics Coordination 物流协调

1. Coordinate with suppliers and transporters to ensure timely supply of raw materials and components. 与供应商和运输商协调，确保原材料和零部件的及时供应。
2. Manage the shipping and delivery of finished products to ensure customer orders are delivered on time. 管理成品的发货和配送，确保客户订单按时交付。

1. Handle logistics exceptions, such as transportation delays and cargo damage处理物流中的异常情况，如运输延误、货物损坏等。

Cost Control成本控制

1. Monitor warehouse operating costs, including labor, equipment, and materials监控仓库运营成本，包括人力、设备、物料等。
2. Identify and implement cost-saving measures to improve resource utilization efficiency识别和实施成本节约措施，提高资源利用效率。
3. Work with the finance department to ensure costs are controlled within the budget与财务部门合作，确保成本控制在预算范围内

Experience Requirements经验要求

• At least 3 years of warehouse management related experience, with experience in assembly company warehouse management preferred.

至少3年以上的仓库管理相关经验，有装配企业仓库管理经验者优先。

Knowledge / Educational requirements知识/学历要求

• Bachelor degree or above, preferably in logistics management, supply chain management, or related fields.

本科及以上学历，物流管理、供应链管理或相关专业优先。

• Mandarin mother tongue and good knowledge of English both oral and writing.

普通话为母语，具备良好的英语口语和写作能力。

• Knowledge of MS Office., WMS system and MRP systems is an asset.

熟悉办公软件，WMS 系统和MRP系统经验者优先。
