Workshop Planner
Your role
1. Communicate with sales and operations to understand customer needs and schedule production based on the urgency of orders.
2. Assign tasks reasonably based on the production plan and the capabilities of technicians to ensure production efficiency and on-time delivery of orders.
3. Balance the utilization of technicians' workload.
4. Order cost entry, spare parts, labor, outsourcing, etc. Ensure the accuracy of financial data
5. Analyze the on-time delivery rate monthly, optimize plan to shorten delivery time
6. Outsourcing and purchasing contact and application
7. Finish other tasks assigned by the manager
To succeed, you will need
• Experience requirements:
- Knowledge of air compressors or related mechanics.
- Over 2 years of planning experience in production-related fields
- Proficient in office software such as Word, Excel, and Power Point, SAP, SRM.
- Basic English in speaking and reading
• Educational Requirements:
- College degree or above, majoring in mechanical or electrical automation.
