As a Team Leader, you are responsible for lead the team to complete works on time with good quality. According to AtlasCopco “The way we do things”. Focus on quality and efficiency for daily work.

1.Responsible for Team management, coach and develop employees
负责团队管理，指导和培养员工
2.Responsible for follow up BS review results
负责资产负债表分析会议后跟踪结果
3.Responsible for GL expenses booking
负责总账费用入账
4.Responsible for payment review, GPS reports quality
负责审核付款，GPS报告质量
5.Support to Hub manager
协助财务中心经理工作
6.Focus on D2 closing
关注2天完成结账
7.Responsible for SOP update and standardization, improving work efficiency of team
负责操作手册的更新和标准化, 提升团队的工作效率
8.Support related documents for audit
配合审计提供资料
Competence and qualification
岗位任职能力与资格要求：
Experience Requirements经验要求
- 10 years accounting experience in accounting / costing functions
- 10年相关财务工作经验
Knowledge / Educational requirements知识/学历要求
- Bachelor’s degree or above
全日制本科或以上
- Proficient in the use of MS office, especially Excel
熟练使用MS办公软件, 尤其EXCEL表格操作
- BPCS or SAP knowledge
BPCS 或 SAP经验
- Good knowledge of written and oral English
具备良好的英语口语和写作能力
