Your Role:

List of job contents for high-temperature heat pump technicians

I. Selection of Thermal Energy Recovery System for Air Compressors

1. Heat source analysis

Be familiar with the heat recovery methods of various air compressors

Calculate the recoverable heat and water volume

2. System matching design

The water volume and temperature provided through heat recovery are matched with the heat pump.

Ii. Selection of High-temperature Heat Pumps

1. Parameter calculation

The selection is made based on the target water temperature and flow rate required by the customer for heating

Verify the heating capacity, COP value, power consumption, etc. of the heat pump

2. Coupled design

o can independently provide a total solution, including air compressor +ER+ heat pump + post-treatment

Iii. Calculation of Key Component Selection

Heat exchanger

When calculating the heat exchange area, high-temperature resistance and anti-corrosion materials also need to be taken into consideration

2. Water pump

Flow rate: Designed based on hot water output

Head: Calculate the pipe resistance + elevation difference

3. Auxiliary system

Buffer water tank capacity

Selection of expansion tanks

Iv. Preparation of Technical Documents

Be capable of completing heat pump communication solutions and providing a forward-looking approach for turnkey solutions.

2. Draw the system flowchart (Visio, CAD)

3. Prepare an economic benefit analysis report and compare it with the pipeline steam/natural gas boiler

To Success you will need:

Knowledge:

• Computer skills including Microsoft skills etc..
• Proficient in English writing & reading.
• Mechanical Engineering Knowledge;

Education

- University degree or above, major in Engineering field (example: control engineering, thermodynamics Engineering, electrical Engineering, etc..) Related

Personality
