岗位职责(Job description)：

Production plan & customer contact 生产计划与客户服务

1. To arrange production planning daily 每日生产计划排产
2. To handle customer request 处理客户相关问题
3. To assist shipment arrangement successfully.协助发运机器
4. To handle customer orders in the right ways, such as request date etc.处理客户的问题
5. To handle related KPI data, such as updating promise date. killing backlog etc. 负责相关KPI的达成

Material control 物料管理

1. Maintain supply chain from forecast to reception with planning BOM, ILM, BPCS, DN, etc.负责供应链的维护，从预测到收货环节，包含planning BOM, DN等操作
2. To order the material for production continuous running负责物料计划及下单
3. Control inventory level together with flow team or project team负责库存控制及管理
4. To handle supplier request.负责与供应商的日常沟通

Project项目

1. Be project member for NPD 作为计划部分参与新产品开发项目
2. Material management for project PTM , both phase-out & phase-in 负责新产品导入和老产品退市的计划部分工作
3. Handle system tools setting and updating 负责各种系统内计划部分的内容维护

CIP and other task required by her/ his supervisor 持续改善及上司指派的其他任务

岗位任职能力与资格要求Competence and qualification：

Experience Requirements经验要求

1. 2 years production planning or customer contact working experience,至少2年的物料计划和顾客服务工作经验

2. Good experience in ERP system and skills in BPCS, 熟悉ERP系统

3. Bachelor degree or above, Good in English and general software 良好的英语能力和操作办公软件
