Job description：

 

  1. 负责持续改善制造过程，追求合理、高效的制造方式. 并推动生产过程中发生的问题；

To balance the manufacturing flow with reasonable and efficient way, focus on continuous improvement of manufacturing process. Implementing trouble shooting during manufacturing process;

  1. 负责自新产品导入，批量生产至产品退市的工艺相关工作，包含文件（作业指导书、配料清单, BPCS作业等）、工装夹具设备、产线布局等；

Responsible for paper works from product phase in to phase out, includes (WI, Kitting list, BPCS action, etc..), tooling and jigs, line Layout (includes storage layout) maintenance and update;

  1. 负责生产线布局，内部物流流程规划，定义零件位置和相关配套

Responsible for production line layout, internal logistic flow planning, define the parts location and internal process and related tooling, etc..

  1. 负责生产线顺利生产，持续改善安全、质量、效率等。

Responsible for production smoothly, leading CIP for safety, quality, efficiency issues and improvement

  1. 在新产品导入期间，为新项目设计并建立测试基础设施，包括水电、气管、仪表和试工具等。

Design & build the test infrastructure for the new project, including water, electrical, air-pipe, instrument and test tools, etc.

  1. 负责生产的灵活性，对操作人员进行交叉培训

Responsible cross training of operators, to increase the line flexibility and capacity

  1. 负责维护区域内的设备、工装、货架等相关设施

Responsible for facility maintenance, such like equipment, tooling, rack

  1. 负责制定5S标准、识别安全隐患

Responsible for the establishment of 5S standards and the identification of potential security risks

 

Requirement：

  1. 秉持精益生产和持续改进理念

Embrace lean production and continuously improvement

 

  1. 本科学历以上，自动化或机械相关专业优先

Bachelor’s degree and above, Major in Automation or mechanical is an asset

 

  1. 良好的英语口语和书面表达能力，熟悉AutoCAD等通用软件

Good at oral and written English, familiar with AutoCAD and other general software

 

  1. 自我激励，以结果为导向，有责任心

Self-motivated, result-oriented and a strong sense of responsibility
