•In order to continue to provide efficient support on noise & vibration and cope with the increasing customer requests in product development projects and aftermarket, we are looking for an experienced Noise and Vibration Engineer.

• Being a N&V engineer, it will be your mission to define solutions for problems regarding noise and vibration with which the project teams are facing.
作为一名噪声振动工程师，你的任务是为项目团队所面临的噪音和振动问题制定解决方案。
• You should pinpoint the origin of noise and vibration problems, make suggestions to solve them and stay with the engineering teams until the problems are solved.
你应该找出噪音和振动问题的来源，提出解决问题的建议，并留在工程团队，直到问题得到解决。
• You should carry out research in field of noise and vibration to improve N&V performance and market competitiveness of our products

• You will be member of the Product Development Support team in Wuxi to serve customers from companies of Atlas Copco Group all over China.

Your responsibilities will include but not limited to岗位职责包括但不限于：
• Follow the legislation on noise emission and vibrations of machines.
遵守有关机器噪声及振动的法例。
• Deliver high qualitative services in the domain of noise and vibration.
在噪声和振动领域提供高质量的服务。
•Investigate experimentally and theoretically the noise and vibration behavior of machines: perform measurements, analyze and report results, make suggestions.
从实验和理论上研究机器的噪音和振动行为：进行测量，分析和报告结果，提出建议。
• Develop new technology in N&V domain and apply it to our machine.
开发噪声振动领域的新技术，并将其应用到我们的机器上。
• Distribute your knowledge on noise and vibration within the organization allowing project teams to achieve design-first-time-right.
在公司内传播噪音和振动方面的知识，使项目团队实现设计的第一次正确性。
• Continuously strive for improvement of your services (quality, content, efficiency…) according to the needs of your customers.
根据客户的需求，不断改进服务（质量、内容、效率等）。
• Keep continuous and strong interaction with the noise and vibration team at Atlas Copco Airpower in Belgium.
与比利时阿特拉斯·科普柯空气动力公司的噪声和振动团队保持持续和密切的互动。
Competence and qualification岗位任职能力与资格要求：
Experience requirement经验要求
• Min. 2 years of experience as a noise and/or vibration engineer
至少2年的噪声和/或振动工程师经验
• Proficient in noise reduction technologies, with project experience in solving complex noise issues.
精通降噪技术，具有解决复杂噪声问题的项目经验。
• Have experience of acoustic simulation
有声学模拟经验
Knowledge/Educational requirement 知识/学历要求
• Master degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or Physics.
机械工程或物理专业硕士及以上学历。
• Mandarin mother tongue and good knowledge of English in both oral and writing.
普通话为母语，良好的英语口语和写作能力。
