装配工艺工程师(Washing & Painting)

Job description included but not limited岗位职责包括但不限于：
• Preparation, review and release of compressor element assembly process related IC and procedure. Especially focus on washing and painting process
准备，审查和释放压缩机机头组装工艺相关的IC和程序， 尤其专注于清洗和喷漆工序。
• Identification, design, procurement, and implementation of element assembly（washing/painting） equipment and/or fixture needs
定义，设计，采购和实施机头装配(清洗/喷漆)所需的设备和/或夹具
• Participate in trouble shooting of OIS or ZH assembly line to keep the production running smoothly. (4M1E)
能够参与解决OIS或ZH 机头装配生产线的工艺问题，保证生产的顺利进行。(4 M1E)
• Lead or coordinate the new compressor element assembly line（washing/painting） establish or relocation related project
领导或协调新压缩机元件生产线的建立或搬迁相关项目
• Continuous improvement project on OIS or ZH assembly process（washing/painting）
OIS or ZH机头装配(清洗/喷漆) 工艺的持续改进项目
• Digital IC development and implement to production
将数字IC开发并运用到产线
• Production flow/workshop layout design
产线物流设计/车间布局设计
Competence and qualification
岗位任职能力与资格要求：
Experience Requirements经验要求：
• Knowledge of LEAN experience and knowledge
了解精益生产经验和知识
• Knowledge of assembly equipment & process planning, budget process and simultaneous engineering activities
了解装配设备和工艺规划，预算流程和同步工程活动
• Knowledge of compressor element assembly
了解压缩机机头装配
• Knowledge of painting and washing process
了解喷漆和清洗工艺
• Knowledge of project management
了解项目管理
• Experience of CAD software using
有CAD绘图软件使用经验
• Knowledge of digital IC
了解电子IC的制作
Knowledge / Educational requirements知识/学历要求 ：
• Require bachelor's degree or above in mechanical engineering from an accredited university.
机械工程学士学位及以上
• Require good written and oral communication skills for dealing with clients, supervisors and other engineers with English
具备良好的书面和口头沟通能力，能用英语与客户、主管和其他工程师打交道
