Mission

Your mission is to develop and implement regional sales & marketing strategy and initiatives and achieve sales target in responsible territory and maximize company's profits.

Job description

1. Sales Target Achievement 销售目标达成:

  • Achieve or exceed assigned individual sales targets (quota) for products, projects, and revenue.

达成或超越指定的个人销售目标(配额),包括产品、项目和OR。

  • Develop and execute a detailed personal sales plan aligned with the regional business strategy.

制定并执行与区域业务战略相符的详细个人销售计划。

2. Project Hunting & Management 项目挖掘与管理:

  • Proactively identify and qualify new project opportunities within target industries.

在目标行业内,主动寻找并筛选新的项目机会。

  • Manage the entire project sales cycle from initial contact to negotiation and closing.

管理从初步接触、谈判到成交的完整项目销售周期。

  • Build and maintain a robust personal project pipeline and provide accurate forecasts.

建立并维护坚实的个人项目管线,并提供准确的销售预测。

3. Key Account & Channel Management 大客户与渠道管理:

  • Develop and strengthen relationships with existing and potential end-user customers (Key Accounts).

发展与巩固同现有及潜在终端用户客户(大客户)的关系。

  • Work closely with channel partners according to the regional strategy, providing support and training to enable their success.

根据区域策略,与渠道伙伴紧密合作,提供支持与培训,助其成功。

  • Make strategic decisions on direct engagement vs. channel partner engagement for each opportunity to maximize win rate and efficiency.

针对每个商机,战略性地决定采用直销模式或与渠道伙伴合作,以最大化赢单率和效率。

4. Value Selling & New Product Promotion 价值销售与新产品推广:

  • Apply Value Selling techniques to understand customer pain points, articulate the value proposition of our solutions, and differentiate from competitors.
  • 运用价值销售技巧,理解客户痛点,阐述我们解决方案的价值主张,并与竞争对手形成差异化。
  • Actively promote and successfully sell newly launched products to both end-users and channel partners.
  • 积极向终端用户和渠道伙伴推广并成功销售新上市的产品。
  • Participate in and potentially co-deliver product training sessions for channel partners.
  • 参与并可能协助为渠道伙伴进行产品培训。

5. Market Intelligence & Collaboration 市场信息与协作:

  • Gather and report market intelligence, including competitor activities and customer feedback.

收集并汇报市场信息,包括竞争对手动态和客户反馈。

  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams (technical support, marketing, etc.) to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.

与内部团队(技术支援、市场部等)有效协作,确保客户满意和项目成功。

6. To follow the group rules, processes and procedures as presented in “The Way” as well as other regulations in company to ensure that the policies are followed by the employees in your area of responsibility.

7.Follow the SHEQ Policy of company and customer site.

To succeed, you will need

Experience requirements                                   

-More than 3 years’ experience in machinery sales.

3 年左右机械相关销售经验,有空压机或干燥机销售经验者优先.

-Air compressor or air dryer’s sales experience would be a plus.

压缩空气干燥设备相关领域优先。

Knowledge/Educational requirements

-College or above, majored in mechanical engineering or equivalent

大专或以上学历,机械工程或相关专业

-Excellent communication skills and customer oriented

良好的沟通技能,以客户为导向

-Good computer skill

良好的电脑操作技能

-Customer orientated以客户为导向
