Your Role

Maintain customer satisfaction, deliver excellent service to the customers in the region.

Proactively follow up lost customer business.
Accomplish the CTS sales target, develop the CTS business in the region with a strong focus on profitability and growth.

Penetrating the market by implementation of One 2 One, and service ladder strategy with appropriate resources planning, optimization of the resources in sales and service.

Develop distributor service business, with corporation with distributors, guide & support distributors to follow Atlas Copco way in doing service business.

To succeed, you will need

Experience requirements

With technical or mechanical sales and related industry background, at least 3 years working experience.

Knowledge
good PC knowledge / Good English skill.

Educational requirements
University / College graduate in an engineering discipline.
Personality requirementsGood communication skills/ Customer orientation/ Self-motivation & self-initiatives on the job.
