Your Role：
Design, Evaluation, and Mass Production Launch of Turbo Molecular Pump Controllers
・System design and proposal of the controller based on the required specifications
・Specification development for each circuit board (control, power supply, communication, etc.) based on the system design
・Detailed design of each circuit board and the overall controller
・Formulation of evaluation items and analysis of evaluation results
・Examination and optimization of controller assembly methods
・Compliance with safety standards (e.g., CE, UL)
・Mass production launch in collaboration with suppliers
・Preparation for mass production in coordination with internal departments (Quality Assurance, Production Engineering, Procurement, etc.)
・Creation and execution of system test items
・Examination of product inspection items and methods
・Preparation of technical documents such as user manuals and operation guides
・Technical support for departments such as Production Engineering and Quality Assurance
To succeed, you will need：
Must skill
・Broad knowledge of electrical and electronic engineering
・Over 5 years of experience in one or more of the following design areas (multiple experiences are preferred):
Design of AC-DC power supplies or inverter circuits
Design of digital circuits centered on microcontrollers, DSPs, and serial communication
・Experience in launching mass production
Desirable skills
・Experience in mentoring or guiding other team members
・Experience in team management, including development schedule and budget control
・Experience in coordination and negotiation with other departments and suppliers
・Experience in PCB artwork design
・Experience in structural design, including controller enclosures
・Experience in control design for motors or power supplies
