Your role

As a Sr/ HR Generalist, your mission is to to cover wide range of HR activities from operational tasks to support of strategical plans and managment of employee relation within respective business area. You will report to HR Manager PC Yachiyo.

You will re responsible on

Talent Acquisition

-Be responsible for recruiting process for regular, fixed term, temporary employees

-Review, update and visualize the process to be more modern and effective/efficient

 

Onboarding

-Update onboarding process, induction training in regular basis based on feedback from new joiners

-Collaborate with other functions to wider cover of induction training to provide better experience.

 

HR Operations

-Cover all employee-life cycle agenda such as onboarding, offboarding, contract renewal of fixed term employees and temporary employees, housing/company car management etc.,

-Analysis of HR related data such as salary, performance evaluation, turnover, etc.,

-Digitalize the process to be more efficient and modern HR

-Be cautious to labour law and internal work rule, always be prepared to answered the questions and consultation from employees

 

HRBP

-Act as a partner of the employees to obtain feedback, opinions and share them with the Management team with the proposal to make company better

-Support GM and HR Manager on succession planning and organization development by providing the valuable insights through daily communication and view with the business functions

 

GA and admin

-Handle office admin work such as payment, mails delivery, manage office supplies

-Manage vendors of office supply, security guard, lunch box, car lease and other office related

-Support GM and HR Manager for the logistics of townhall meeting, visitor from global team

To succeed, you will need

    Minimum 5 years in Human Resources incuding both Talent Acquisition and Operation.  
    Up to date knowledge of labor law and industrial safety and health Act.  
    Communication skill in English both written and verbal at business level
    Documentation capability in MS-Word, Excel, Power point and outlook
    Must be able to handle sensitive and confidential information
    Ability to react quickly and actively for unexpected situations
    Ability to work independently
    Initiative, self-motivated, good team working spirit and willing to work under pressure.
    Can do attitude
    HRBP experience (nice to have)
    Industrial experience (nice to have)
    Industrial safety and health certification (nice to have)
    GA/PA experience (nice to have)

Job location

 Hybrid
This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at our Yachiyo Factory in Chiba, Japan.
