Your Role：

• Define and execute electrical development strategies aligned with TMP system architecture and product roadmap to achieve performance, reliability, and quality targets.
• Lead electrical architecture, circuit, and control design activities, ensuring compliance with internal standards, regulatory requirements, and system specifications.
• Manage electrical development projects to achieve QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) targets throughout development and mass production phases.
• Ensure electrical design quality, safety, and reliability, through disciplined design reviews, validation, and verification processes.
• Drive CIP (Continuous Improvement Program) initiatives within electrical development, focusing on defect reduction, design robustness, development efficiency, and standardization.
• Provide technical support for mass production and post‑mass‑production issues, including root cause analysis, corrective actions, and recurrence prevention.
• Coordinate closely with System Integration and Software Development Sections, ensuring seamless electrical interfaces and system compatibility.
• Develop electrical engineering capability and talent within the section through coaching, skill development, and knowledge transfer.
