Your Role：

1. Technical Inquiry Management

• Handle technical inquiries related to various Edwards products by either assigning them to the most appropriate subject matter expert or responding directly.
• For complex cases beyond the Technical Support team’s capability, collaborate with Product Development teams to provide solutions.

2. Customer Requirement Management

• Lead the design and industrialization of derivative products involving minor specification changes driven by customer requirements.
• When the scope or complexity is equivalent to new product development, escalate and transfer to the Project Manager (PM) and Product Development function.

3. Failure Analysis and Corrective Actions

• Lead cross-functional teams to conduct technical investigations and root cause analysis for issues occurring at customer sites or within internal manufacturing processes, as reported by the Quality Assurance function.
• Develop and implement corrective actions, including design changes where necessary.

4. Production Sustainability Activities

• Lead end-to-end activities (design, prototyping, validation, and production transfer) to ensure continuous production in response to risks such as part obsolescence or supplier changes.
• Identify and implement alternative components or solutions to mitigate supply risks.

5. Engineering Change Management

• Lead engineering change activities arising from various drivers (e.g., customer requirements, quality issues, supply risks).
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Change Management, PMs, Procurement, Production Control, and Manufacturing functions to ensure smooth implementation.

6. Specification and Drawing Review

• Prepare and review technical drawings and product specifications, including documents shared with customers, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

7. Standards and Regulatory Compliance

• Maintain fundamental knowledge of relevant standards and regulations applicable to company products, such as ISO, CE, UL, and RoHS.

8. Coaching and Development

• Provide appropriate guidance, mentoring, and development support to junior engineers to enhance their technical and professional capabilities.
