Human Resources Manager

Your role
Bring your curiosity to work as our next Human Resources Manager. You will be part of our Product Company, Yachiyo leadership team reporting to General Manager. In this role, your mission is to foster a high-performing and inclusive culture, attract and develop talent, and create an outstanding employee experience that supports sustainable business growth. You will contribute directly to how we create high‑quality products and solutions for our customers.
Your day-to-day

- Act as a strategic HR partner to the General Manager and the Product Company leadership team
- Develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives and sustainable grwoth
- Lead and develop the HR Team to deliver high-quality HR services that meet business objectives.
- Drive talent acquistion, succession planning, and talent developmentinitiatives to build a strong workfoce.
- Coach and support leaders on people management, employee relations, ,and organizational development matters.
- Ensure compliance with labor legislation, company policies, and key HR processes such as compensation reviews and performance management.
Your skills and experience

- 10 years in HR with majority of that time spent in a leading role, preferably in a manufacturing organization
- Business driven mindset and ability to connect HR to business projects and priorities
- Experience as aChange agent, with the ability to drive and influence culture change across leadership teams and the wider organisation
- Experience working in an international, matrix organization navigating complex business and HR environments.
- Business level of English and native level of Japanese
- Up to date knowledge of appropriate employment legislation and evidence of putting employment law knowledge into practice.
- Experience of supporting/delivering culture change projects
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ablility to build trusted and fair relationsships, manage ambiguity and complexity, and develop effecitve solutions.
- Strong people leadership, communication, project management, organizational and result oriented skills.

Your location
This role offers a bybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at our facility in Yachiyo, Japan
