Manufacturing Engineering Manager

To succeed, you will need
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- At least 10 years of experience in manufacturing operations, including a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role.
- Proven capability to lead, motivate, and develop teams effectively.
- Demonstrated success in delivering quality products on time and leading continuous improvement projects with methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen.
- Strong problem-solving skills for rapid identification and resolution of operational challenges.
- Fluency in Japanese and English at a business communication level.
- Proficiency with ERP, MES, and MRP systems and the ability to collaborate across multiple groups to achieve operational goals.

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, providing you the flexibility to split your time between remote work and on-site presence at our state-of-the-art Yachiyo Factory located in Chiba, Japan. This hybrid model promotes work-life balance while fostering direct collaboration with your team and key stakeholders.
