Product Manager
As a Product Manager, The mission of the Product manager is to define and own the roadmap for specific products through support, product features, upgrades and/or for the install base to bring the latest technologies to our existing customers ensuring that we remain competitive and sustainable in the market. Providing support to our customers centres through communication and collaboration to ensure the value selling of our service products to customers. You will report to Ichiro Kimura, Global Product Manager.
You will
1. Support and maintain the service product introductions and help define project scope for work, roadmaps and accountable actions.
2. Collaborate with colleagues across the business to ensure that feedback and actions are taken to support development and maintenance of service products to meet market requirements.
3. Responsible for supporting the production of marketing collateral and refining it with the Customer Centres before publishing in line with product release.
4. Support the VSC BLMs and Key account teams to understand their key account strategy and how our current and future products target the customer’s key performance indicators.
5. Support regions with additional information on value propositions where required
6. Accountable for product revenue throughout it’s lifecycle
7. Use data analysis to support decision making, influencing and understanding

- 10-15 Years’ experience within either or a combination of the Semiconductor, Coating, Analytical, R&D and general Diffuse markets/ industry either within the OEM community (process equipment development or product management/marketing) or from a manufacturing equipment company working in /across multiple sectors.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role
- Experience in product lifecycle management
- Proven Project Management skills – essential. Creative & Strategic thinking skills – essential
- Ability to motivate and drive cross-functional teams without formal authority
- Conflict resolution & mediation, Good negotiation skill – essential. Excellent teamwork skills
- Excellent communication & proven English skills. Proven presentation skills (written/verbal)
- Problem-solving aptitude. Commercial and customer focus
- Good understanding in Marketing in target market segments.
- Knowledge of Vacuum technologies, TMP technologies and Vacuum equipment
