Your Role

• Plan and execute service activities.
• Installation, maintenance, trouble shooting and etc., which related after sales service of equipment mainly used for BodyShop, Final Assembly and Battery production.
• Report equipment condition, customer’s maintenance schedule as well as customer’s future production schedule.
• Evaluate Atlas Copco current adhesive/sealing application system with customers to find out optimum usage under customer required condition, this includes proposing and testing adaptions of equipment/software

業務内容

• 自動車メーカーの溶接工程、塗装工程で使用される塗布システムに対し、地域密着型の「顧客重視」サービスを提供する。

職務内容

• サービス業務の計画立案および実行
• 主にソフトウェア関連を中心とした、設備の据付、保守、トラブルシューティングなどのアフターサービス業務
• 顧客先における Atlas Copco の接着／シーリングアプリケーションシステムを評価し、顧客要求条件に基づいた

　　最適な使用方法を提案（設備・ソフトウェアの改良提案およびテストを含む）

• 他のフィールドサービスエンジニアへの据付、トラブルシューティング、ドキュメント作成、トレーニングの支援

 
To succeed, you will need  

• Experience in service of equipment electrically and mechanically.
• Experience in automobile industries is a plus 
• Good IT user skills (MS Office, networking,…) 
• Driver license
• Ability to understand Automotive OEM production processes including.
• Relevant work experience with industrial assembly systems, their set-up and installation is advantageous
• Highly motivated, capable self-starter, team player, able to demonstrate successful performance with independent problem solving, presentations, leadership and task oriented to meet changing deadlines
• Be capable and responsible as Atlas Copco representative to communicate with customer on various level
• Basic knowledge of customers Production System is a plus

必要経験

• 電気および機械設備のサービスに関する実務経験
• 自動車業界での経験があれば尚可
• 優れたITスキル（MS Office、ネットワークなど）
• ソフトウェアプログラミングおよびスクリプト言語の経験があれば尚可
• 普通自動車運転免許を保有していること
• 自動車OEMの生産プロセスを理解できる能力
• 産業用組立システムのセットアップおよび据付に関する実務経験があれば尚可
• 高いモチベーションを持ち、自ら考えて行動できる方で、チームプレイヤーであること。
  また、変化する納期に対応しながら、課題解決、プレゼンテーション、リーダーシップを発揮できること
• Atlas Copcoの社員としての自覚と責任を持ち、顧客のさまざまな階層と円滑にコミュニケーションできる能力
• 顧客の生産方式に関する基礎知識があれば尚可
• Atlas Copco Way に共感・理解し、それに沿って行動できること

• 高専卒以上
