職務内容

日本国内自動車産業向けに、高付加価値締結工具及び関連ソリューションの販売拡大を目的とし、プロジェクトを円滑に推進するため、プロジェクトスペシャリストとして以下の業務を担当いただきます。

※「自動車産業」とは自動車メーカー、トラックメーカー、ティア１メーカー、設備メーカー、またその関連顧客等を指します。

1. プロポーザル
   • 営業・技術サポート・アプリケーションセンター・サプライチェーンとの連携をし、標準品～カスタマイズ品までアトラスコプコソリューションの価値を提案
2. プロジェクト管理
   • 産業機器導入プロジェクトの計画・進捗管理
   • 顧客、社内チーム（営業・技術サポート・アプリケーションセンター・サプライチェーン）との調整
   • 納期・コスト・品質管理の最適化
3. 潜在需要の掘り起こし
   • 当社の先端ソリューションを活用し、潜在的なニーズを発掘
   • 顧客向けにプレゼンテーションやデモンストレーションを実施し、新規プロジェクト創出を支援
   • 市場の最新動向を分析し、戦略的なアプローチを企画・実行
4. 技術提案、設備・ソリューション導入
   • 日本国内の設備・ソリューション導入プロジェクトを推進
   • 仕様検討からソリューション提案、設置、試運転、運用開始までをサポート
   • 必要に応じて現場での調整・立ち合い
5. 海外設備検討チームとの協力
   • ドイツ・上海・スウェーデン等々を含む海外のソリューション検討チーム及び日本国内協力会社と連携し、最適な提案を検討
   • 日本市場向けのカスタマイズ要件の収集・調整
6. 提案書・契約書作成
   • 設備・ソリューション提案資料や営業資料の作成
   • 契約交渉および契約締結サポート
7. 顧客対応
   • プロジェクトの要件定義およびスコープ管理
   • 定期的な進捗報告および課題管理
   • 導入後のフォローアップおよび改善提案

応募資格

必須条件

• B2B向けプロジェクトマネジメント及び設備導入プロジェクト経験 (日本国内での設置・試運転・運用の知識)
• 英語での業務遂行能力（日本国内・スウェーデン・ドイツ・上海他、との打合せあり）
• 顧客の課題解決に向けた提案力とコミュニケーション力
• 業務を通して自己の成長を望むグロースマインドセット

**ATLAS COPCO / ITBA / MVI / Job Opening: Project Specialist**

**Position:** 

Project Specialist in the Automotive Industry Division, Industrial Technologies Business Area 

**Employment Type:**

Kyushu Area 

**Job Description:** 

To expand the sales of high-value-added fastening tools and related solutions for the automotive industry in Japan, you will be responsible for smoothly managing projects as a Project Specialist. 

*The "automotive industry" refers to automobile manufacturers, truck manufacturers, Tier 1 suppliers, equipment manufacturers, and their related customers.*

1. **Proposals** 

   - Collaborate with sales, technical support, application center, and supply chain teams to propose the value of Atlas Copco solutions, from standard to customized products. 

2. **Project Management** 

   - Plan and oversee the progress of industrial equipment implementation projects 

   - Coordinate with customers and internal teams (sales, technical support, application center, supply chain) 

   - Optimize delivery schedules, costs, and quality 

3. **Identify Potential Demand** 

   - Utilize our advanced solutions to uncover latent needs 

   - Conduct presentations and demonstrations for customers to support new project creation 

   - Analyze the latest market trends and develop strategic approaches 

4. **Technical Proposals & Equipment/Solution Implementation** 

   - Drive equipment and solution implementation projects in Japan 

   - Support from specification review to solution proposal, installation, commissioning, and operational start-up 

   - Adjustments and on-site support as needed 

5. **Collaboration with Overseas Equipment Review Teams** 

   - Coordinate with overseas solution teams in Germany, Shanghai, Sweden, etc., as well as domestic partner companies to identify the best solutions 

   - Collect and adjust customized requirements for the Japanese market 

6. **Proposal & Contract Document Preparation** 

   - Create proposal documents for equipment and solutions, as well as sales materials 

   - Support contract negotiations and signing 

7. **Customer Support** 

   - Define project requirements and scope management 

   - Provide regular progress reports and address challenges 

   - Follow-up after implementation and suggest improvements 

**Qualifications:**

*Mandatory:* 

- Experience in B2B project management and equipment implementation in Japan (knowledge of site setup, testing, and operation) 

- Business-level English proficiency (for meetings with teams in Japan, Sweden, Germany, Shanghai, etc.) 

- Proposal skills and communication skills to solve customer challenges 

- Growth mindset aimed at self-improvement through work 

*Preferred:* 

- Technical skills (2D/3D CAD design, PLC ladder programming, electrical and pneumatic circuit design, stress analysis, software programming, server setup & maintenance, etc.) 

- Experience working for a global company
