Assembler

The Role 

- Assess process risk based on CSK Health and Safety policy.

- Perform overall work regarding cost reduction, quality improvement, timely delivery and safety for customer satisfaction and production optimization.

- Take charge of perform manufacturing process logistics function of Abatement and ACM equipment.

- Perform the sub-materials delivery and manage the materials of the manufacturing process as packing of spare parts and soft tubing.

- Responsibility for team culture and management of team members.

- Basic skills required for production. (Understanding the product)

1. Education level

- A college graduate who majored in engineering.

2. Relevant previous experience (minimum years of experience to competently carry out the role, not total year of experience)

- Manufacturing skill over 1 year and 3 years management experience.

3. Knowledge areas/skills (minimum level of knowledge to fulfil the role's responsibilities)

- Knowledge of the TPS (Toyota Production System) or Lean production process.

- Knowledge of the production process.

4. Others requirements (ex. Language skills; Competences; expected travel requirements)

- Possible to use Power Point, Excel program.

- Interaction skills required for good team work with production.

- Need to understand the detailed features and characteristics of each product.

- A flexible approach, able to cope with a constantly changing environment and priorities, work under pressure and handle variable workloads.

- A good communicator with the ability to deal with people effectively and with authority, including at sensor management level within the Vacuum Technique and all external and customer interfaces.

- Show a concern for order by being personally well organized, including looking for ways of improvement processes.

- Ideas to develop new business through traditional and innovative sales and marketing techniques.
