Divisional Communications Coordinator Industrial Flow Division (m/d/f)
Your role
As a Communication Coordinator in the Industrial Flow division, you will play a key role in shaping and executing comprehensive communication strategies that closely align with the company’s mission, vision, and values. This dynamic position entails leveraging a blend of company knowledge, strategic communication expertise, and technical skills to drive impact in the whole division. You will serve by fostering collaboration, alignment, and engagement across all levels of the organization.
You will create, manage, and distribute content across multiple platforms, following the division's procedures and guidelines. This position will work closely with the rest of the divisional team and the brand communications managers to support effective and constant communication. Additionally, this position supports the spread within the organization of the different communications activities happening in the division and customer centers.
In this role, you will be part of the Divisional Communications team and directly report to the Vice President Communications Industrial Flow Division.
You will
For Strategy and business understanding:
- Develop a deep understanding of the company's processes, offerings, customer base, and industry landscape to lead communication initiatives effectively.
- Collaborate locally and globally with cross-functional teams to ensure communication strategies support the overall business objectives.
- Fully support Customer centers to achieve the divisional goals.
For Branding
- Maintain the brand's integrity across all communication initiatives.
- Ensure all communications and branding efforts adhere to the brand manual and Atlas Copco Group brand guidelines while ensuring the right approach in multi-brand.
- Safeguard the quality level of assets and messaging according to Atlas Copco Group standards.
For Content Creation:
- Lead the project “Engage to Achieve”.
- Create content for the Internal SharePoint site and the regular newsletter.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align messaging.
- Boost engagement and sense of belonging between all brands and companies in the division.
- Actively support internal events (e.g. webinars, summits, induction).
For PR and Media:
- Support on the collaboration and success stories.
- Support translation processes and content localization when needed.
- Craft compelling stories that enhance brand positioning and engage stakeholders.
- For Social Media Planning:
- Support social media content plan, focusing on brand messaging.
- Support advocacy programs to create engagement among the team and the stakeholders.
To succeed, you will need

- You have 1 - 2 years of experience, working as a Communincations Assistante.
- Fluency in English, spoken and written, is a must. Other languages are an advantage.
- Self-directive and accountable, taking ownership of your responsibilites and support the Customer center's growth.

Job location
This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at our company location.
