Process Engineer

Your role
Short Description
Your day-to-day
- Define and implement industrialization processes for new product development, including tools, materials, and vendors
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the supply chain to ensure smooth product introduction
- Manage system changes related to design notifications, bill of materials, and manufacturing parameters
- Coordinate prototype manufacturing phases, testing, and technical documentation creation
- Lead supplier agreements and follow up on tooling, machinery, and design deliveries
- Drive continuous improvement in manufacturing and logistics processes, optimizing costs and performance
Your skills and experience
- Engineering degree or equivalent experience in manufacturing or industrialization
- Experience in new product introduction and manufacturing processes
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies
- Ability to manage cross-functional collaboration and supplier relationships
- Experience working with ERP systems and managing technical data
- Strong analytical skills for cost estimation and process optimization
- Proficiency in English (Spanish is a plus)
