Your Role
To develop and execute internal and external communication initiatives that strengthen the company's brand reputation, support business growth, and enhance employee engagement. The role ensures consistent and effective communication across multiple channels while contributing to marketing, employer branding, and lead generation objectives.
To succeed, you will need  

• Develop and implement communication plans to strengthen brand awareness, align messaging with business objectives, and support sustainable business growth.
• Manage marketing communication programs to generate market visibility, customer engagement, and quality business opportunities through exhibitions, seminars, product launches, and campaigns.
• Deliver high-quality communication content and marketing assets that enhance product positioning, support sales effectiveness, and maintain a consistent brand image.
• Optimize digital communication channels to increase audience reach, strengthen online presence, and improve stakeholder engagement.
• Support leads management processes by ensuring timely lead collection, qualification, tracking, and reporting to improve sales conversion opportunities.
• Drive internal communication initiatives that improve employee understanding of company priorities, strengthen corporate culture, and increase organizational engagement.
• Promote employer branding activities to enhance the company’s attractiveness as an employer and support talent acquisition objectives.
• Collaborate with regional and global communication teams to ensure alignment with brand guidelines, share best practices, and continuously improve communication effectiveness.
• Other relevant work related to marketing and internal communications.
