IT Support Analyst

As a IT Support Analyst,

You will

  • Device Management: Responsible for all IT assets in SNow.
  • Incident and Request Fulfilment: Expected to resolve complex escalations within the SLA.
  • User Access & Identity: Manage user account in AD, AZure.
  • Infrastructure Coordination: Support onsite IT infrastructure.
  • IT Hygiene & Reporting: Responsible for carrying out hygiene actions and maintaining an accurate and auditable asset register and CMDB record for the site.
  • Compliance & Security: Ensure all activity complies with company standards for IT security.
  • Knowledge & Documentation: Follow SOPs, and localized IT standards, ensuring materials are clear, current, and accessible.
  • Project Involvement: Support new system implementations, acquisitions, and office relocations.
  • Travel and On-call: Must be willing and able to travel to China sites on short notice for critical issues or deployments.
  • Training and Development: Expected to Develop and train end users and other supporters where necessary

IT Security and compliance:

  • Ensure the client environment is operated securely by following
  • Ensure that all users are following the agreed “Use Policy”.
  • Inform IT security officer and Head of IT if there are any security breaches.
  • All local IT support is provided in accordance with the Atlas Copco policies and the SOPs.

  • 2+ years’ experience in a second-line IT support or desktop support role.
  • Proven experience supporting OS, MS.
  • Proficiency in using ITSM platforms (preferably ServiceNow).
  • Experience with Microsoft Intune, SCCM, and Autopilot for managing and deploying devices.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL-based practices.
  • Basic understanding of networking principles.
  • Familiarity with Active Directory and Azure AD concepts.  
  • SAP system peripherals support (specialist on ZT230 and scanners).
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal (English).
