SHE Engineer

Your role

• As Safety, Health, & Environment (SHE) Engineer for PC Boshan ,you will be responsible for the delivery of   SHE solutions into PC Boshan to stimulate sustainable and profitable growth while ensuring safety is the focus.  You will primarily focus on SHE processes, tools, and support of the SHE Function.
• Continue to drive a strong SHE awareness culture, making sure the company and the employees are in full compliance with relevant laws, systems and certifications

To succeed, you will need

Education level

• Bachelor degree with related major or engineering discipline.

Relevant Previous experience (minimum years of experience to competently carry out the role, not total year of experience)

• Over 3 years working experience in a manufacturing environment.

Knowledge areas/Skills (minimum level of knowledge to fulfil the role’s responsibilities)

• Familiar with Chinese environment protection and other SHE regulations.
• Strategic & global SHE essential.

Other requirements (e.g. Language skills; competencies; expected travel requirements)

• Communication and interpersonal relationship skills
• Ability to influence decision making across multiple locations/functions, pragmatic
• Certified national safety engineer
