Sales Engineer South
Your role
As a Sales Engineer South, your mission is to drive sustainable sales growth of vacuum pumps by expanding the customer and distributor network, delivering dependable solutions, and fostering strong cross-functional collaboration to enhance customer satisfaction and business outcomes. You will report to Zeng Lu Tang.

1. Execute Sales and Market Strategy
- Achieve sales targets for vacuum pumps within the assigned territory through personal efforts and the distributor network.
- Develop new customers and recruit distributors in designated industries.
- Provide timely and accurate sales and market information.
- Build and strengthen strong working relationships with customers and distributors in the region to enhance sales performance.
2. Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams (Product, After-sales, Logistics)
- Work closely with the after-sales service team to ensure high-quality customer support and effective communication.
- Maintain good cooperation with the logistics team to ensure on-time delivery of equipment.
- Liaise with the product team to obtain necessary product support.
- Comply with company policies and take responsibility for accounts receivable management.

Bachelor’s degree or above (full-time)

Engineering background required; majors such as Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields are preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Willingness to travel frequently.

At least 3 years of sales experience in the industrial sector, with a focus on end-user customers (e.g., pumps, mechanical equipment, or customized solutions).

Job location
This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at our (insert organization here) in Zibo, China (CN).
