Your Role
The individual’s accountabilities will include, though not be limited to, some or all of the following:
- The management of project team in PC, Keep close working with Project engineers to support industrial vacuum system business from proposal phase through to final acceptance and payment. The team mainly handle with ETO cases with complex level.
- Monitoring working process compliance of the SOP requirement throughout of the whole project life. Manage well of Project handover/Design review and safety review and TCF compliance.
- Project delivery to agreed timescales, budgets and quality requirements.
- Identification of risks to the project, their management and production of mitigation plans.
- Provision of regular project reporting to management and customer reviews.
- Take accountability to make sure the team working as procedure required.
- Understands basic revenue, contribution and gross margin models, meets financial objectives by forecasting and scheduling expenditures to manage cash flow and improve the gross margin of the Project.
- Ensuring there are no obstacles to customers making timely payments in accordance with contractual obligations.
- Develop advanced understanding of manufacturing methods and processes.
- Make a good interface with engineering team and operation team to run projects smoothly.
- Complete risk assessment and action plan to avoid accident before execution. Make safety review checklist signed off for individuals and the team.
- Ensure all activities during project in a safe and effective manner in compliance with the Company’s Health and Safety policy.
- Progress work as an integrated part of the project team, to ensure completion to agreed timescales.
- Support teammembers on the order execution.
- Develop engineering capabilities of the team.
- Ensure the safety review is completed on time before delivery. For all brands.
To succeed, you will need
Educational requirements
- University degree (Bachelor/Masters) mechanical or engineering.
- Have fluent English communication capability.
Experience requirements
- Worked in a mechanical installation / assembly environment with at least 10 years, 5 to 10 years experience of project management methodology, preferably gained in an electro-mechanical assembly environment.
- Be able to lead a small project team for system orders with project management experience.
Knowledge
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), CAD,Knowledge in SAP.
- Understand full project phases through purchasing, design, executing and close out. Understand time, cost & quality constrains.
- Expert Knowledge of vacuum technology.
- Communicate effectively at various organizational levels and with different cultures and has matching interpersonal skills.
Other skills include active listening, coaching, decision making, judgement, persuasion and management of financial resources.

- Effective communication skills and ability to interact with people& customers, and internal team members.
- Strong organizational skills and strong attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines
