Warehouse Supervisor

Your role

Short Description

Your day-to-day

1. Manage warehouse process in terms of safety, Lean, FIFO, 5S and quality requirement, define the internal logistic material flow of receiving, picking/kitting to production line and shipping.

2. Ensure correct warehouse procedures are defined and followed as required.

3. Be responsible for analyzing and implementing methods of warehouse space utilization and shelf loading ratio as well as equipment capacity and labor efficiency.

4. Daily plan and control activities of warehouse worker with efficiency for inbound and outbound.

5. Ensure stock accuracy in warehouse, be responsible for cycle counting arrangement, analyze variance and define corrective and preventive action plan in warehouse to improve the stock accuracy.

6. Lead warehouse continues improvement, identify the opportunity to drive improvement on warehouse layout, people efficiency, work with division to implement digitalization in warehouse.

Your skills and experience

• Bachelor degree
• At least 5 years warehouse management experience in manufacturing company, more than 3 years warehouse supervisor experience
• Experience in ERP WM module and skills for office software
• Fluent in Written in English
• Bonded warehouse or processing manual experience preferred
• Major in science and technology, or logistics related
