We are looking for a talented and innovative professional to focus on our purchasing processes and help drive continuous improvement across our global organization.
You will play a key role in transforming Purchasing towards a more digital, automated, and data-driven future. As project leader and key user, you will drive the implementation of the PTS Supply Chain Roadmap, leading initiatives in digitalization, outsourcing, automation, and AI. From process discovery and solution design to implementation, adoption, and value realization, you will take ownership throughout the entire journey.
You will also help turn data into actionable insights by developing and continuously enhancing KPIs, dashboards, and reporting solutions that improve purchasing performance across the global PTS organization and all distribution centers. Through fact-based decision-making, you will support compliance, governance, and business excellence initiatives.
In addition, you will drive the transformation of our global purchasing ecosystem. With an end-to-end view of the Purchase-to-Pay journey, you will lead process standardization, digitalization, automation, and ERP initiatives that improve efficiency, data quality, and user experience.
You will shape the future of key platforms such as SAP, Be2Net, Price Approval, and Master Data Governance, ensuring they support a scalable and high-performing purchasing organization. Success in this role is not only about designing better processes, but also about leading change, influencing stakeholders, and embedding new ways of working across the business.

- Experience in end-to-end Purchase-to-Pay processes, combined with a passion for process excellence and continuous improvement.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify opportunities, solve complex challenges, and drive business improvements.
- Experience with ERP systems and data-driven decision-making using tools such as Power BI, Power Automate, and SQL.
- Keen interest in AI, automation, emerging technologies, and digital transformation.
- Proven project, stakeholder, and change leadership capabilities, with the ability to drive transformation initiatives and influence stakeholders.
- Structured thinker who thrives in complexity, takes ownership, and consistently delivers results.
- Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills in English, and a degree in Engineering, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Your location
This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at our site in antwerp, Belgium (BE). This position is posted on the international job market, but local terms and conditions will apply.
