Your role

An Accounts Executive is responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. They play a key role in the day-to-day financial operations of a company.

Key Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable & Receivable: Handle Purchase bill booking, vendor payments. Sales invoicing
• Bank Reconciliation: Match bank statements with company records to spot discrepancies
• General Ledger Maintenance: Record financial transactions accurately
• Tax Filing & Compliance: Prepare and submit GST, TDS, and other statutory returns
• Month-End & Year-End Closures: Finalize accounts and generate reports

Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally ERP, QuickBooks)
• Attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Time management and organizational skills
• Communication skills for cross-department collaboration

To succeed, you will need

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in accounting roles preferred

Completed CMA/CMA Inter/ ICAI Inter (Not pursuing further)

• Audit Support: Provide documentation and assist with internal/external audits
• Export Documentation (if applicable): Prepare invoices, packing lists, and coordinate with clients
