Job Description:
Marine project management.
- Responsible for the management and coordination of project technical documents, drawings, and related records
- Review shipyard specifications, technical requirements, and ensure their implementation.
- Monitor project progress and ensure the projects are carried out according to schedule.
- Organize and participate in technical meetings and communicate with shipyards, ship owners, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain document and drawing revision control to ensure accurate and timely information distribution.
- Support project delivery and final technical documentation handover and archiving.
Coordinate sales team and other departments / companies within the group
- To coordinate and communicate with Product Centers (manufacturing plants within the Group) regarding marine project orders and technical requirements
- To communicate with marketing / technical team to implement the technical document and drawing management.
- To interact with after service team and plant center to handle the after-sales issues of marine orders during the warranty period of the contracts.
Personality Requirements:
- University degree or above, majored in marine engineer, mechanical engineer，electrical automatic or equivalent.
- More than 2 years’ experience in technical / sales field at a machinery company, of which 1 years’ experience in marine industry. Candidates with air compressor industry experience or exceptional qualifications may be considered with less experience.
- Good computer skills including Microsoft Office skills etc.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin.
- Strong sense of responsibility, work with meticulous attention and conscientiously, good teamwork spirit, self-motive, goal-oriented and energetic.
