Your role：

Mission:

Responsible for the project management of marine business, implement the whole process management of marine orders.

Job Description:

Implement marine project and order management.

- To summarize and collate project information and project status.

- To summarize and collate the information and status for marine orders.

- To summarize and collate the after-sales issues of marine orders from the customers during the warranty period of the contracts.

- To implement project document & drawing management.

- To organize and arrange conferences and communication between the sales team and customers / distributors / other departments of the company.

- To summarize and provide timely and accurate market information to management of company and marketing/technical team.

Coordinate sales team and other departments / companies within the group

- To communicate with the Product Centers (Manufacturing plants under the group) to provide marine order and product information.

- To communicate with marketing / technical team to implement the technical document and drawing management.

- To interact with after service team to handle the after-sales issues of marine orders during the warranty period of the contracts.

- To interact with customer care support team to implement marine order whole process management.

To succeed, you will need

Personality Requirements:

- University degree or above, majored in marine engineer, mechanical engineer or equivalent. 

- More than 2 years experiences in logistics / technical / sales field at a machinery company, of which 1 year experience in marine industry.

- Good computer skills including Microsoft Office skills etc.

- Fluency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin.

- Strong sense of responsibility, work with meticulous attention and conscientiously, good teamwork spirit, self-motive, goal-oriented and energetic.
