VTS Supply Planning Lead

Your role

As the VTS Supply Planning Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping a global supply chain that supports the success of our Vacuum Technique Service (VTS) business. You’ll ensure service parts are available where and when they’re needed—supporting Third Party Sales, Service Technology Centers, and Field Service operations worldwide.

You will

• Develop accurate forecasts for service parts using data-driven insights.
• Optimize inventory strategies to balance availability and working capital.
• Manage lifecycle transitions, including EOL planning and obsolescence.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement in supply performance.
• Lead escalations and coordinate rapid-response teams to resolve supply issues.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with regional planners, procurement, logistics, and engineering.
• Participate in global supply review meetings and align supply with service demand.

• A degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field (APICS/CPIM preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain planning, including 2+ years in service parts or aftermarket.
• Strong knowledge of global supply networks and ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• A proactive mindset and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, global environment.

Job location

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site.
