Your role

As the Business Line Manager for the Power Technique Service, you will be responsible for leading the aftersales business across South East Asia, with a strong focus on spare parts and service for equipment including air compressors, lighting towers, generators, and pumps.

This role oversees the post-purchase customer experience, ensuring efficient spare parts availability, responsive handling of customer enquiries, and effective coordination of technical service operations to deliver high levels of customer satisfaction and business performance.

To succeed, you will need

  • At least five (5) years working experience in related fields.
  • Master's or equivalent degree in business administration, marketing, engineering, or similar qualifications an advantage.
  • Excellent organizational and business management skills.
  • Fluent English essential, both written and oral English fluency.
  • Team spirit is vital, ability to work collaboratively across teams
  • Willing to travel extensively and to work extra mile to deliver desired results
  • Strong strategic planning and execution skills
  • Communication skills; including the ability to explain clearly, listen to the feedback of clients- and relay this to colleagues
  • Organizational skills.
  • The ability to negotiate with and influence others.
  • Sales skills.

Job location

The successful candidate will be employed under local terms and conditions in Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, or Thailand.
