DIGITAL MARKETING & PRODUCT SPECIALIST COMPRESSED AIR & GAS GENERATORS

Your role
Key Responsibilities
- Content & Demand: Create content to enhance digital presence and lead generation; maintain accurate product data across channels and databases.
- Internal and external Communications
- Go-to-Market & Launches: lead marketing activities and commercial campaigns. Plan product launches, demand and availability.
- Commercial: Develop catalogs, brochures, and presentations focused on each brand’s value proposition.
- Sales Enablement: Train sales teams and distributors, build sales arguments, and join strategic customer visits to craft value-driven proposals and optimal equipment selection.
- Voice of Customer: Collect market feedback and complaints; translate current and future needs into requirements for product development and improvement.
- Competition: Monitor competitors (positioning, pricing, arguments) and integrate technical-commercial comparisons into effective competitive advantages.
- Participate in internal product reviews and feedback sessions with factory, service & sales teams and distributors.
- Pricing & Profitability: Recommend pricing changes and commercial structures aligned with margin targets and market requirements.

What will you do?
As a Digital Marketing & Product Specialist you will:
- Digital strategy to boost visibility of our brands, lead generation and opportunities creation.
- Create value propositions for our portfolio collaborating with young, multidisciplinary teams in an international environment.
- Drive content creation to increase our presence on technical social networks (LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram) and increase traffic in our websites.
- Successful and impactful Product launches
Your day-to-day
Where, when, how will you work:
Department: Product & Marketing
Location: Pinto (Madrid)
Full-time (8:00–17:30), Summer hours (7:30–14:30). Hybrid model: 1-day remote working (2 days in summer).
Travels: Frequent – Iberia & International
Your skills and experience
-
- Engineer (Industrial, Mechanical, Energy…) with innovative mindset, curiosity and eagerness to grow.
- Experience in industrial product marketing or product management (minimum 3 years).
- Experience in CRM, digital marketing, demand generation, and content management
- Strong analytical skills and commercial focus..
- Excellent communication and training skills; ability to collaborate with sales and marketing teams.
- Fluency in English and Spanish. Portuguese is a plus.
Nice-to-have:
- Knowledge of compressors/compressed air and industrial gas generators markets and applications
