Position: Technical Sales Engineer (End-User and OEM Sector)
Purpose of the Job
This position focuses on providing technical sales and support for reciprocating diaphragm pump systems to end users in industrial, utility, and infrastructure markets. The role involves understanding customer needs, providing solutions, and delivering exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
Main Responsibilitie
1. Sales and Market Development:
- Develop and implement sales strategies targeting end-user customers in industries such as petrochemical, semiconductor, battery manufacturing, and others.
- Identify and explore opportunities in new and emerging markets to expand the company’s presence and product reach.
- Conduct regular customer visits to understand operational challenges and recommend solutions.
2. Technical Consultation
- Perform technical assessments and recommend solutions that enhance operational efficiency and reliability.
- Prepare and present detailed proposals and reports, addressing both technical and commercial aspects.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure the proposed solutions meet customer requirements effectively.
3. Customer Relationship Management:
- Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers of customers.
- Gather market intelligence to identify trends and potential growth areas.
- Plan, organize, and execute roadshows, including customer training and product demonstrations, to promote the company’s solutions and educate customers on best practices
Qualification
1. Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
2. 5+ years of experience in technical sales, preferably with a focus on pumps or rotating equipmen
3. Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles with end-user customers.
4. Strong understanding of pump operation, maintenance, and end-user applications.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Korean.
